UK delivery

Free delivery applies automatically once your basket reaches £100.
International delivery
- Europe — £39.99
- USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, UAE, Israel, Norway, Switzerland — £29.99
- Everywhere else we ship — £29.99
If your country isn't at checkout, we don't currently ship there. Free delivery is UK only.
How long it takes
We dispatch Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Weekend orders go out the next working day. These are estimates, not guarantees.
UK: Generally within 3 working days.
International: usually around 7 working days, though customs can add time.
You'll get tracking by email the moment your order leaves us. Nothing within the expected window? Check your spam folder, then message us.
How we pack
Booster boxes and ETBs go out in fitted protective packaging designed to survive the journey — no loose items rattling in an oversized box. Orders may require a signature on delivery.
Customs and import charges
Ordering from outside the UK? Your country may charge import duty or tax when the parcel arrives. That's set by your government, not us, and isn't included in what you pay here.
We can't predict the amount — check with your local customs office first. If you refuse the charges and the parcel returns, we'll refund the goods less our delivery costs.
Changing your address
We can't change an address once an order is placed. Made a mistake? Email contact@halalplug.com immediately with your order number — if it hasn't shipped, we'll cancel and refund in full so you can reorder correctly.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders ship after the manufacturer's release date, which can move. Mixed orders are held and sent together unless you ask us to split them.
Order not arrived?
Check your tracking, then any safe place or neighbours, then email contact@halalplug.com with your order number. We'll chase the carrier and sort it. Once a parcel is confirmed lost, you choose a replacement or a full refund.
