RETURNS POLICY

For all Returns please email your order number to returns@halalplug.com,

Eligible purchases qualify for hassle-free returns if requested within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. A £15 fee may apply to cover processing, restocking, and shipping costs.

1. Initiate Return: Email your order number & reason for the return to [returns@halalplug.com].

2. Request Review: We will review and respond to your request within 2 business days.

3. Return Instructions: If accepted, we will provide a return shipping address. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refund Process: Once we receive your return, we will process the refund within 3 business days, minus the applicable £15 restocking fee, to your original payment method.

Additional Information:

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, such as Luxury/Designer Items & Collaboration Items
  • Exchanges:  Exchanges for sizes are unavailable, a new order would need to be placed after return.
  • Incorrect Items: If you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately for assistance.
  • Quality Control: Returns for quality issues will not be accepted, as they are associated with the manufacturing process of the brands we offer and are beyond our control

Note: It is the customer's responsibility to send a return using an insured delivery service and to the correct address. We reserve the right to refuse a return if our policies are not met.
